Koks PJSC uses surplus coke gas to generate electricity. This prevents the emission of pollutants and greenhouse gases and also saves water resources through the use of a water recycling system.
In 2016, the company commissioned the first stage of a 12 MW condensing power plant.
In 2019, the company launched the second phase, increasing the plant's total capacity to 24 MW and fully meeting the plant's demand for electric power.
