POLEMA increased production output in the first half of 2021

POLEMA powder metallurgy plant (part of IMH) in the first half of 2021 increased production by 20% compared to the same period last year. The company's revenue exceeded 1 billion roubles.

During the accounting period POLEMA produced 347 tons of products. The production of reduced powders increased by 69%, atomized powder - by 45%, the production of molybdenum products increased by 20%, chromium products - by 18%.

The investment volume amounted to 50 million roubles. Among the main implemented projects is the installation of new equipment for plasma-jet hard-facing and lathe machining centers with CNC for production of rollers for roller guides.

"We are celebrating the anniversary year with good results. The company has increased production and expanded the output range of products. A fundamentally new direction has also occured – the production of rollers for the roller guides of rolling mills has begun. In the near future we are going to start local treatment facilities for industrial wastewater, which will completely eliminate its discharge to the treatment facilities of Tulachermet, as well as increase the degree of treatment," noted Alexey Filippov, Managing Director of POLEMA.
