Management changes at POLEMA, IMH powder metallurgy division

Industrial Metallurgical Holding (IMH), the world's largest exporter of merchant pig iron and the leading producer of merchant coke in Russia, announces management changes at POLEMA.

Dmitriy Martynov has been appointed as Managing Director of POLEMA (IMH powder metallurgy division). Aleksey Lapynin moved to the position of Chief Commercial Officer.

Dmitriy graduated from the Tula State Lev Tolstoy University in 2005 specializing in Chemistry.

Since his graduation, for 11 years Dmitriy worked in the chemical industry in technical development, process control, and project activities at the «Shchekinoazot» and JSC «Sibur» as a chief technologist, chief of the development and technology department, project manager and chief project engineer.

In 2011 mr. Martynov became the winner of «Engineer of the year» national competition in the «Chemistry & Research» category.

From 2014 he worked in the powder mettalurgy industry at POLEMA as Project Chief Engineer; Chief of Design Bureau; Chief of the Development Department; Head of Research, Technology and Development.

In October 2016 Dmitriy was appointed Managing Director of POLEMA.
