A lot of attention is paid to the effective organization of environmental monitoring. The management systems of Tulachermet, Koks, Kombinat KMAruda, Koksovy open pit and Berezovskaya washing plant are certified according to ISO 14001 standard. In 2020, IMH’s partner Tula-Steel metallurgical plant also acquired such a certificate.

One of the leading international audit firms will be engaged as an external consultant for implementation of best sustainable development practices. Together with these consultants, IMH management plans to form a set of strategic initiatives aimed at responsible consumption and production, as well as ensuring long-term efficiency growth at all stages of value creation and in all business processes of the company.
