Berezovskaya washing plant is the supplier of coal concentrate and, founded in 1969, is one of the oldest coal industry enterprises of the Kemerovo Region. The plant processes about 3.3 mln. t. of coal annualy.
In the second half of 2000s, Berezovskaya washing plant underwent substantial modernisation, due to which the plant’s capacity has been increased, production process efficiency has been improved, and impact on the environment has been reduced.
At present, the environmental management system of Berezovskaya is certified to ISO 14001.
