KVOiT
The Shchekino Boiler Auxiliary Equipment and Pipeline Plant (JSC KVOiT) specializes in production of construction metal structures and engineering equipment for mining, metallurgical and other industries.The enterprise is equipped with modern equipment park and able to produce a wide range of high-quality products. KVOiT actively expands the range of manufactured engineering products. Annual design capacity is more than 7 thousand tons of metal structures and equipment.
The first direction is lifting equipment. KVOiT mastered production of gantry cranes, single and double girder bridge cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 50 tons. In the near future it is planned to start production of cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 100 tons.
The second direction is mining equipment. The company has mastered production of mechanized support units and obtained the certificate of compliance with the technical regulations of the Customs Union allowing to carry out deliveries not only to the Russian market, but also for export.
In 2019, the company plans to start production of bottom-jumping cars and mechanized unloading stations. Currently these products are fully imported.
The enterprise complies with legislation in the field of environmental protection and sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population, as well as industrial safety in terms of environmental risks from the enterprise’s main activity.
The quality of measures implementation to reduce environmental impact is strictly controlled.

Shchekino plant KVOiT (Sovetsk, Tula Region; a part of IMH) delivered the first in this year batch of powered support units to the Tikhova mine (Leninsk-Kuznetsk, Kemerovo region; a part of IMH).

PJSC SHCHEKINO PLANT KVOit (a part of IMH) manufactured hot blast ring duct for Cherepovets steel mill of Severstal. Hot blast ring duct is designed to ensure the equal heated air injection to blast furnace.
